What is your refund policy?
Edge Pad offers a 72-hour full refund on initial purchases and a 24-hour full refund on unintended subscription renewals. To request a refund, email info@theedgepad.com within the applicable window with your account email and the date of purchase or renewal. Approved refunds are processed within 5-15 business days to your original payment method. Refund requests received after the applicable window are not honored.
How do I connect my Tradovate account?
After subscribing, go to your Dashboard and click Accounts in the left navigation. From there, click Add Account in the top right or Connect Trading Account in the account grid. Select your Tradovate, then click Connect — you will be redirected to Tradovate's website to authorize the connection. Edge Pad never sees or stores your username or password. Once authorized, your account balance and positions load automatically into Edge Pad. The whole process takes about 15 seconds.
Does Edge Pad work with prop firms
Yes. Edge Pad works with any prop firm that uses Tradovate as their trading platform. Currently, 15 prop firms are live on Tradovate and fully compatible with Edge Pad, including Top One Futures, TradeDay, Take Profit Trader, Tradeify, and Goat Funded Futures. An additional 6 firms — including Apex Trader Funding and My Funded Futures — are integrating with Tradovate and will be compatible with Edge Pad once their integration goes live.
Can traders vote on what Edge Pad builds next?
Yes. Edge Pad lets traders vote on upcoming features directly on the roadmap page. Features with the most votes are prioritized for development next, so your vote directly shapes the product.
