The Edge Pad is a digital software service delivered entirely online. There is no physical product to ship. Access to the service is delivered digitally — immediately upon successful account creation and payment processing.

How You Access The Service
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for logging into your account. The Edge Pad is accessed through your web browser at the application URL provided in your confirmation email. No software download or installation is required.

Delivery Timeframe
Access to The Edge Pad is granted immediately upon successful account creation and payment processing. In rare cases, there may be a brief delay of up to a few minutes while your account is provisioned. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of your purchase, please contact us at info@theedgepad.com.

Service Availability
The Edge Pad is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance and market hours for real-time data features. We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to subscribers in advance when possible.

Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Access to The Edge Pad is provided to you individually and is non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with others is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Renewal & Continued Access
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. Continued access to The Edge Pad is contingent upon an active, paid subscription. If your payment fails or your subscription is cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be suspended.
