Initial Purchase 72 hrs Full refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Subscription Renewal 24 hrs Full refund within 24 hours if your subscription renewed unintentionally.

Section 01

Billing

Subscriptions to The Edge Pad are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual). All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By subscribing, you authorize Edge Pad, LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period.

Section 02

72-Hour Refund — Initial Purchase

We offer a full refund within 72 hours (3 calendar days) of your initial purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email info@theedgepad.com from your registered account email address and include the date of your purchase. Sending from your registered email is required so we can verify account ownership.

Section 03

24-Hour Refund — Subscription Renewals

If your subscription renews unintentionally, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the renewal charge. To request a renewal refund, email info@theedgepad.com from your registered account email address and include the renewal date. Sending from your registered email is required so we can verify account ownership.

Section 04

After Refund Windows

Refund requests received after the applicable refund window (72 hours for initial purchases, 24 hours for renewals) will not be honored. All sales become final once the applicable refund window has closed.

Section 05

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not trigger a refund. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to The Edge Pad until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@theedgepad.com from your registered account email address within the applicable refund window. This is required to verify account ownership.
  2. Include the date of purchase or renewal in your message.
  3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.

Section 07

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

No Free Trial

The Edge Pad does not offer a free trial. The 72-hour refund window on your initial purchase serves as your risk-free evaluation period.
