Section 01

Description of Service

The Edge Pad is a web-based risk calculator application designed for futures traders. The service provides tools including a position size calculator, risk/reward calculator, customizable risk presets, and account data import from the user’s Tradovate brokerage account. The Edge Pad is a software calculator tool and does not provide financial advice, or manage user funds.

Nature of Service — Important Disclaimers

The Edge Pad is a software tool only. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Edge Pad is not a broker-dealer, Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), investment advisor, or financial institution.
• The Edge Pad does not execute trades on your behalf. All trading decisions are made by you through your own brokerage account.
• The Edge Pad does not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or trading signals.
• The Edge Pad does not hold, manage, or have access to your funds.
• Calculations provided by The Edge Pad are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision.

Section 03

Risk Disclosure

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of futures may fluctuate, and as a result, you may lose more than your original investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether futures trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition.

The Edge Pad is a calculator tool designed to assist with risk calculations. It does not eliminate risk. No software tool can guarantee profitable trading outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their financial consequences.

Section 04

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Edge Pad. By subscribing, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of The Edge Pad complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Section 05

Account Registration

To use The Edge Pad, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Section 06

Subscription and Payment

The Edge Pad is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. If your payment method fails, we may attempt to charge it again. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the service may be suspended.

Section 07

Refund Policy

We offer a 72-hour refund on initial purchases and a 24-hour refund on unintended subscription renewals. Please see our full Refund Policy for complete details.

Section 08

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund. You will retain access to The Edge Pad until the end of your current billing period.

Section 09

Brokerage Account Connection

The Edge Pad offers a feature to connect your Tradovate brokerage account for the purpose of importing account data (such as account balance and position information) into the risk calculator. By connecting your brokerage account, you authorize The Edge Pad to access this data through Tradovate’s secure API using OAuth authentication. We do not store your brokerage login credentials.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of The Edge Pad — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, and user interface design — are the exclusive property of Edge Pad, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our written consent.

Section 11

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the application.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the service by automated means.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Pad, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of The Edge Pad. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Section 13

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Edge Pad is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that calculations will be accurate in all circumstances. You use the service at your own risk.

Section 14

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edge Pad, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

Section 16

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of The Edge Pad after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 17

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 18

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edge Pad, LLC regarding your use of The Edge Pad.
